Radiant Living4U provides affordable shared housing for independent adults looking for a safe, stable, and supportive place to live. Our homes are fully furnished and designed to help individuals rebuild their lives while maintaining their independence.
Radiant Living4U currently serves adults throughout Wake County and Durham County, North Carolina, including Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Morrisville, Apex, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, and surrounding communities.

Yes. Radiant Living4U charges a one-time $250 Community Fee due before move-in.
This fee helps cover the onboarding process, move-in preparation, administrative costs, and the resources needed to welcome new participants into our community. It supports the creation of a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for all residents.

Yes. Applicants must have a verifiable source of income before admission.

You may still qualify if a hospital, behavioral health provider, treatment center, nonprofit organization, church, case management agency, or another approved organization agrees to sponsor your housing fees for 2–3 months while you actively seek employment and work toward financial stability.
If you are currently unemployed, we still encourage you to apply. We'll keep your information on file and periodically follow up as your situation changes.

Radiant Living4U offers long-term affordable housing. Limited Emergency Rehousing placements may be available through approved agency sponsorships when funding is available.
No. Radiant Living4U is a housing provider. We do not provide:
Participants are welcome to continue receiving services through their existing providers.
Radiant Living4U maintains a 100% drug- and alcohol-free living environment.
Many of our residents are actively working toward maintaining their sobriety. To provide a safe and supportive home for everyone, all participants must agree to follow our drug- and alcohol-free policy. This requirement is non-negotiable.
Shared housing means participants live together in a home. Residents share common areas such as:

At this time, Radiant Living4U serves independent adults ages 18 and older only.
We evaluate requests individually. Because our homes are shared, accommodations depend on factors such as allergies, severe phobias, and the needs of other residents.
